This is a very elusive subject, but the 208/f3.9 seems to have solved it. I used the Canon 450d, modified by Hutech, and made 60, five-minute subs at iso 800 over two nights. Needless to say, the individual subs had no hint of the galaxy, faith in the instrument and the processing keeps me going. Acquisition and stacking with calibration in Nebulosity and post processing with Photoshop CS5 and plug ins... Printed in Astronomy Magazine, |
